Paintings From The Point is a painting blog created to chronicle my progress as a painter. My name is M Collier and though I have lived in and traveled to many places I have comfortably settled on the west coast of California. Each of my painting is done in oils on 3/8" gessoed hardboard panel. All are painted from life. Wonderful! I love this piece!
It looks like its ready to sprout and because of the tall format, you start to almost see it reaching up into the empty space.
This is exactly what I was going for :0)
